Inventory Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator (Johor)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ,Inventory Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Johor. This full-time role involves close collaboration with our contract manufacturer, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and seamless inventory management.

Responsibilities:

1.Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track shipments to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Implement basic procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.

 2.Supplier Relations:

• Build strong relationships with contract manufacturers.
• Address any production issues or delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure transparency and collaboration.

 3.Dispatch Coordination:

• Coordinate product dispatches for timely delivery.
• Work with logistics partners to streamline transportation processes.

 4.Project Implementation:

• Assist in supply chain projects for process improvements or cost-saving initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic plan development and execution.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

• Demonstrates strong work ethics, reliability, team work and independent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable to changes in environments and changing priorities.
• Attention to detail for precise record-keeping and inventory tracking.
• Comfortable with on-site (8am - 5pm)
