Account Manager

Your tasks will include
To help us revolutionise agriculture, we are looking for an Account Manager in Romania. This is an opportunity to bring real change to the world and help stop the acceleration of climate change. We are bringing the farming world into a data-driven future, to reverse soil degradation, reduce chemical overuse, and reduce the carbon footprint of farmers.

eAgronom builds close relationships with farmers and we want to make sure they get the maximum value out of using eAgronom. If you love to engage with people and would like to empower farmers to focus on farming, then we are looking forward to your application!

Your tasks include:

• Measure and keep track of customer activity
• Organize account set-up for farmers so they could start gaining value from eAgronom faster (e.g. data entry)
• Motivate and teach farmers to use different parts of eAgronom through personal meetings, group trainings, webinars, etc.
• Recognize and anticipate the needs of the market and think of unique solutions for the market
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Upsell to existing clients
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status

Must-haves

• You have previous experience in a similar role or customer support
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Romanian on an A-level and English on business level)
• You are focused on results, self-motivated and energetic
• You have the drive and responsibility to work independently
• You are able to generate ideas or creative ways for solutions
• You are located and ready to work in Romania

Nice-to-haves

• You have an agronomical background
• You have valid driver's licence (category B)
