About the role

Join Waterplan’s Marketing team as a Webinar Coordinator and help shape our brand’s presence within the corporate water sustainability sector through strategic event planning. You’ll plan and coordinate webinars tailored for the sustainability leaders of the world’s largest companies across industries, ensuring impactful experiences that raise awareness and drive engagement. 

You’ll develop and execute comprehensive webinar plans aligned with our marketing strategy and goals, positioning us as leaders in sustainability. Your role will span planning, internal and external stakeholder coordination, budget management, and results analysis, driving continuous improvement in our webinar strategy. Your project management skills, attention to detail, and dedication will be crucial in driving Waterplan’s growth and success through exceptional webinar experiences.

About your core focus

• Develop comprehensive webinar plans in alignment with the Marketing strategy and goals.

• Utilize project management skills to plan and execute multiple webinars simultaneously. You will manage the attendee list, agenda, and logistics.

• Coordinate internal teams, such as Sales, Professional Services, and Product, to ensure successful planning and execution of webinars.

• Coordinate external stakeholders, from event speakers and attendees to vendors.

• Ensure event costs are within the budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Track expenses and provide the marketing lead with regular budget updates.

• Work with the marketing and design team to develop and execute promotional strategies for webinars, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and content creation.

• Ensure proper use of event management tools, including webinar platform and hubspot.

• Assess and report webinar results and continuously look for opportunities to improve our event strategy.

Your Profile

• Proven Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in webinar/event planning and coordination or project management, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or B2B sector

• Educational Background: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 

• Skillset:

  • Ability to develop and execute detailed event plans

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple webinars and coordinate various stakeholders simultaneously.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle unexpected issues and make quick decisions to ensure smooth event execution

• Ability to track and manage event expenses within allocated budgets.

• Knowledge of promotional strategies and tools, including email campaigns, social media, and content creation (desired)
