About this position
  • Quickly develop an understanding of the intersection between sales, marketing, and strategy.

  • Support the scaling of the sales team to achieve our ambitious growth targets by supporting sales operations.

  • Take ownership from day one, driving your own initiatives like organizing demand generation initiatives to optimize both the top and bottom of the sales funnel.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target market and collaboratively create strategies to enhance lead generation through taking over all PR activities ranging from print, to online to TV features.

  • Collect & analyze data and prepare presentations for various stakeholders and purposes with the aim to effectively communicate ecoplanet’s commercial goals, USPs, value proposition, etc.

  • Passionate about Climate Tech and Entrepreneurship: Genuine interest in the climate technology / energy sectors, with a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Natural ability to understand complex concepts and communicate them effectively. Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.

  • Proactive and Self-Directed: Highly motivated, able to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced, ever changing environment, and quick to learn and adapt.

  • Attention to Detail and High-Quality Standards: Strong focus on delivering high-quality outputs with great attention to detail and a sense of responsibility when internal challenges and changes happen.

  • Excellent Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
