Your mission
  • Acquire new customers by focusing on understanding our customers’ business challenges, opportunities, and strengths
  • Lead the sales process from first contact to closing while maintaining clear documentation in our CRM system
  • Maximize the sales performance against agreed targets and maintain profitability in line with company objectives
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, presentations, and seminars
  • Support the long-term sales and marketing strategies for the region
  • Support of the implementation process towards customer and operations team
Your profile
  • Degree in Business Management (B.Sc./M.Sc.), a technical educational background, or similar relevant education
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or previous knowledge regarding technical solutions in the energy industry
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience is an asset
  • Driven by challenges and targets - Proven experience of customer acquisition and in building sustainable relationships
  • Consultative sales with a solution-driven mindset and genuine curiosity and willingness to develop deep market and product knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills – both interpersonal and on the phone with potential prospects
  • Full Fluency in English and Norwegian.
  • Reliability and organizational skills to support project management
  • Open to changes, with a “can do” attitude and desire for continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel (5 to 15% travelling expected)
  • Based in Vienna or a central location in Norway, Sweden or Finland.
