Your mission
  • Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs, both technical and commercial.
  • Gather and share competitors’ information in the field to assist in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide accurate accounts’ sales forecasts and lead from enquiry to order placement.
  • Make sure on time payment receivables and avoid any bad debt.
  • Product management, technical support and marketing teams.
  • Develop the leads in PV for Commercial and Industrial segments and large scale utility projects in Czech and maintain the relations with key and strategic clients assigned by the sales director.
  • In collaboration with the sales team,  to maintain JA Solar's product and brand as a leading provider of products and solutions to our customer.
  • Coordinate, manage, attend and execute special customer events, customer requests and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between JA and our customers.
  • Identify and initiate innovative solutions to meet the customer's needs and maintain long-term relationships.
Your profile
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as economy, business administration, engineering or similar.
  • Previous experience in the PV sector within Czech market, as sales or business development professional.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Czech. Another European language will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively.
