You will be working with the After Sales team in Bengaluru/NCR.

This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling field technical teams

Resolving customer complaints/issues on field

Customer relationship management

Coordination with CX team for Complaint closure

Coordination with cross functional team

Fleet vehicle and Battery management

Vehicle breakdown support

About the candidate

Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with min. 2/3 years of experience as Service Engineer – Field experience.

Overall 4/5 years of experience in the Automobile environment

Need to be already based in either Bengaluru or NCR (Delhi/Gurugram)
