Parameta Solutions, the data and analytics division of inter-broker dealer TP ICAP, is a leading global provider of OTC Market Data. From pre to post trade, their solutions help clients manage complex markets more effectively.

In May 2022, the firm became an FCA authorized benchmark administrator. This license has allowed the company to take on administration of the nine TP ICAP interest rate swaps benchmarks that were previously administered by Moorgate Benchmarks.  In April 2023, the firm was also approved as an ESMA authorised benchmark administrator, making it the first IDB to administer OTC benchmarks and indices across Europe AND the UK.

Central to Parameta’s purpose is partnering with clients to create true value. The team is focussed on helping clients navigate changing market conditions, not only by providing world-class proprietary data but also the analysis and insight that will fuel their strategies.

Role Overview

The E&C Sales Manager, EMEA will work determinedly to grow (E&C) revenue across key regional markets, strategic accounts and new product initiatives from both existing customers  and  new  logo  acquisition. You will own client interaction, lead curation, regional sales strategy and localised interaction with key channel partners. Internally you will work closely with the product specialist, sales and marketing teams to accelerate growth. It will also be important to build stakeholder engagement with the relevant TP ICAP brokerage desks.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive organic revenue growth from key markets, strategic accounts and new products across existing customers and new business opportunities.

  • Construct, forecast, and manage pipeline via Salesforce.com.

  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders.

  • Perform diverse functions effectively: territory management, account management sales strategy and lead generation.

  • Maintain and build on your understanding of energy & commodities markets.

  • Contribute to the overall global E&C sales and marketing strategy.

  • Implement strategic key account plans.

  • To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Experience / Competences

Essential

  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and organisational goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.

  • Extensive and relevant Sales experience.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to suit audience.

  • Skilled in use of Salesforce.com and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Understanding of energy & commodities markets.

  • Demonstrate previous experience selling market data & analytics.

  • Understanding of sales methodology preferable but not essential.

  • Self-starter with ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow with the sales organisation.

  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively with others.
