Title: Social Media Manager (all genders) ProVeg Germany
Reports to: Senior Communications & Campaign Manager Germany
Department: German Communications
Location: Berlin (Remote work possible)
Hours: 32–40 hours per week
Limited: parental leave cover
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee our German social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with the German and international teams to continuously evolve our social media strategy.
  • Expand our influencer marketing efforts and manage existing partnerships.
  • Coordinate closely with various departments to curate and prepare content.
  • Handle community management with a keen and thoughtful approach.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends and developments in social media.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of our channels and content.
  • Oversee social media activities as part of corporate partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Veggie-Challenge in Germany.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media.
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms.
  • Skilled in using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Later.
  • Initial experience and/or willingness to further develop skills in video creation and editing.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Passion for monitoring and analyzing key metrics.
  • Knowledge of relevant trends and topics around plant based nutrition. 
  • Quick responsiveness and a calm demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) at a native level.
