Climate X is the world’s only fully integrated climate risk platform, helping financial institutions to price, manage and build resilience to climate change impacts on the built environment. Through cutting-edge science, we provide climate financial risk data to global banks and asset managers, defending global economic stability against the impacts of climate change. Our innovative solutions have transformed the approach of businesses and corporations towards climate challenges, enabling them to build and retrofit structures for a sustainable future.

We have recently closed a $18 million Series A funding round led by Google Ventures. With this new backing, we are looking to expand our team.

The impact you’ll own

Working closely with the post-sales team, deliver strong customer service to demonstrate the value of the full Climate X suite. You’ll be owning the upsell and cross sell opportunities for our current customers. Being able to recognise where the sales opportunities lie and work to expand accounts. You will need to build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long term client satisfaction and loyalty.

While you will be targeted in account growth, you will be ensuring product adoption in our clients with a constant feedback look to the product team for client feedback. Working in cross-functional teams, deliver value and act as the client’s advocate within the company.

 

Essential Skills

 

  • Account Growth & Expansion. Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand the client's use of products or services. 
  • Customer Retention & Renewal. Manage contract renewals and proactively address issues to ensure continued client engagement. 
  • Strategic Account Planning. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client goals and drive account growth. 
  • Collaboration & Advocacy. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver value and act as the client’s advocate within the company. 
  • Support Marketing Initiatives. Work with Marketing to maximise growth opportunities and drive targeted campaigns 

 

Desirable Skills

  • Ability to exercise excellent time management and meet multiple deadlines.
  • A passion for learning about climate change.
  • Understanding of, and interest in, the current climate change landscape and future trends.
  • Understanding of Climate Risk models
  • Experience working at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with HubSpot and JIRA.
