The Opportunity :

We’re not looking for someone to just fill a role. We need someone who will connect our talented 3-person management team with the rest of our group—bridging experience, mentoring, and guiding us toward even greater success. You’ll bring structure, balance, and seniority, playing a pivotal role in driving decisions, implementing processes, and turning ideas into action.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Projects: Own project delivery from start to finish. Shape the direction, manage client relationships, and ensure top-notch results.
  • Mentor & Empower: Coach and support our team, fostering leadership and helping our consultants thrive.
  • Drive Growth: Actively contribute to the expansion of Circle Economy Consulting by identifying new opportunities, writing proposals, and representing us at external events.


Your profile
What We’re Looking For :

Experience: You have at least 10 years of experience in consulting or a similar field. You’re a creative problem solver, a decisive leader, and a mentor who thrives on developing others.

Skills: Stellar communication and project management skills. Adept at collaborating with clients and resolving conflicts. You can see the bigger picture while also managing the details.
