What You’ll Be Doing
Cadmus is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our BD team in the UK office (formerly known as Nathan London) of Cadmus’ International Development Division. They will lead capture efforts for upcoming opportunities, serve as proposal manager for live bids, and manage a pipeline of business opportunities with bilateral and multilateral clients such as the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the World Bank and the European Union.
The Business Development Associate will guide capture/proposal teams through business development processes and procedures in accordance with the company’s established processes and best practices. They will designate and coordinate technical and administrative tasks to meet applicable deadlines, collaborate effectively with and manage internal and external subject matter experts, and represent the company to external stakeholders, including clients and partners. They will report to the Head of Business Development.
