To date, we have had a successful founder led sales motion and our goal is to transition this role to a key leader on our team.  You’ll work directly with the CEO and other members of the executive team and will be accountable for executing on the company’s partnership growth strategy. You will develop and implement Zero Homes’ strategic roadmap and associated business plans, as well as lead corporate initiatives related to business development and partnerships to increase revenue and expand the company’s B2B and B2C customer base. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">You will initially focus on a single segment, utilities, but will expand our partnerships efforts over time to a broad range of corporates (insurance, property management, OEMs, and other marketplaces). You have experience leading growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with data to identify opportunities, execute on that data, and track progress. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box to identify new growth opportunities. An exceptional candidate is an experienced, strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, clearly communicate, and inspire teams to execute on a comprehensive growth strategy to increase revenue, market share, profitability. </li><li>Identify and assess new business opportunities, developing plans to enter new markets or launch new products/services. </li><li>Develop relationships with key partners and customers, working to expand existing partnerships and identify new ones.</li><li>Oversee all go-to-market initiatives, work with cross-functional teams such as revenue operations, marketing and PR to ensure a compelling value proposition, drive rapid adoption, and elevate Zero Home’s reputation as a leader in the energy industry.  </li><li>Bridge the needs of B2B and B2C customers to develop robust solutions at scale with internal teams to help prioritize the biggest bets and programs that we can align investments and resources behind.</li><li>Once proven, build out the business development function with a team of growth-focused professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>7+ years of experience in business development, growth, and/or revenue operations. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership and the ability to develop a function from the ground up.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers </li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite </li><li>Background in Utility Energy Efficiency Programs, Heat Pumps, or other renewable energy products and services.</li><li>You live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or is willing to relocate with assistance). </li></ul><br><div>Zero Homes is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all candidates.
