You鈥檒l be working with the Business team.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for our 3-wheeler business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing automotive marketing campaigns, with expertise in both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities, digital marketing strategies, and commercial vehicle brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute marketing plans to support the sales and brand objectives of the 3-wheeler business.
    • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to shape effective campaigns.
  • ATL & BTL Campaigns:
    • Plan and implement ATL campaigns (TV, radio, print, and outdoor) to boost brand visibility and awareness.
    • Drive BTL initiatives, including roadshows, events, dealer activations, and localized marketing programs to generate leads and customer engagement.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee digital campaigns across platforms (social media, Google Ads, programmatic ads) to maximize ROI.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to design impactful digital content and ensure its alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Brand Management:
    • Strengthen the brand's positioning and recall in the commercial vehicle segment.
    • Maintain consistency in messaging and visuals across all communication channels.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business targets.
    • Liaise with creative agencies, media planners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of marketing experience in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) or Automotive sector, with hands-on exposure to both ATL and BTL marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of automotive marketing channels and customer engagement strategies.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills..
