What will you do as Production Test & System Qualification Engineer (FAT)?
As Production Test & System Qualification Engineer (FAT), you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that ensures every battery system we build meets top-notch quality standards before it is handed over to our client team and reaches our customers. We’re scaling up, and your mission is to test, troubleshoot, and optimize our battery systems to perfection. Since our aim is to scale the number of battery containers we build the upcoming years standardization is going to be key—but here’s the catch: the testing procedures still need to be developed, improved, and perfected. That’s where you come in! Your role will focus primarily on software testing, but you’ll also have a hand in hardware validation. Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Develop and optimize production tests for parts and systems
• Maintain and improve test tooling
• Collaborate with engineering to design new and better test tools
• Be the troubleshooting hero, acting as a bridge between Development & Engineering (D&E) and production
• Be a sparring partner for D&E, helping improve current designs and future prototypes
• Share your expertise by training colleagues and other stakeholders

• Technical education in the direction of mechatronics or similar on at least a vocational level (MBO) or bachelor level
• Experience in testing (FAT) of mechatronic systems
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.)
• A curious mindset and a drive to continuously improve
• Experience or interest in systems up to 1000V DC
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
• A strong sense of humor—because working hard should also be fun!
