Your mission
You will be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining high-quality applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, playing a key role in Klim’s journey. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design and implement innovative features, optimise our products, and create exceptional user experiences.

Your responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain our applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Optimise application performance and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
  • Contribute to the overall technical architecture and code quality of the product.
What is our tech stack?
  • ReactJS for our web client
  • NodeJS & Express for our API
  • Postgres for relational DB & Sequelize ORM
  • AWS and related services for our infrastructure
  • Atlassian software (Jira, BitBucket, etc)
Your profile
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in software development with Javascript/Typescript in a production environment (note that this is a mid-level position).
  • At least 2 years professional experience working with ReactJS, and at least 2 years professional experience working with NodeJS.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and enthusiasm for doing something positive.
  • Fluent in English.
  • You reside in Germany, ideally in Berlin and have the legal right to work in Germany.
