Marketing Programs Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team at Novisto:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive business value across new business generation, pipeline acceleration, and expansion, leveraging innovative strategies.
• Organizing industry trade shows, Novisto corporate events, and partner co-marketing programs.
• Hosting and executing webinars to engage prospects and clients.
• Managing email marketing programs and content marketing initiatives.
• Lead management and social campaign management.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
• Working closely with the VP Marketing to develop innovative tactics and strategies for accelerated growth.
• Setting and reporting on targets through Hubspot alongside our Revenue Operations team.
• Performing other marketing responsibilities as required.

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
• An undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field is an asset.
• Strong data analytics skills to provide meaningful insights into marketing campaigns.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team
• Exceptional organizational skills and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building international marketing strategies for successful global expansion an asset. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingualism is an asset).
• Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of ESG principles is an asset.
