PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Field Service Engineer — Medium Voltage is responsible for performing warranty repairs, technical support, and testing the internals of SMA Medium Voltage products. Duties include MVT core testing, troubleshooting, repairing, analyzing data, operations, and maintenance activity for MV Products. This job requires working with medium/high voltage electricity and maintaining excellent customer service activities while in the field at customer sites.
