About the IT Outreach Coordinator position

As the IT Outreach Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between students and the evolving world of technology. You will be responsible for developing and facilitating workshops and organizing networking events. You will also be responsible for ensuring and improving the presence and accessibility of the ESS-Dev and ITops teams. Prior experience is NOT required!

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
• Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging content for workshops on programming languages and IT tools
• Coordinate logistics for networking events
• Collaborate with the Professional Development workshops and industry relations teams to design and implement events
• Foster an environment that encourages participation and learning among students
• Create and maintain the online presence of ITops and ESS-Dev through social media campaigns
