The Finance team is looking to hire a Finance & Accounts Executive responsible for comprehensive bookkeeping tasks and financial record maintenance. This role includes managing full charge bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, statutory compliance, vendor payments, invoicing, and financial reporting. The position requires coordinating with external consultants and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Finance - Assistant Manager to join our finance team. The Business Finance AM will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing business performance, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
    • Provide regular financial analysis and insights on business performance, including revenue, profitability, and expenses.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Business Partnering & Strategy Support:
    • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align financial goals with business strategies and analyse RoI for projects.
    • Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
    • Act as a strategic partner for business units by analyzing financial data and helping to shape key initiatives.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, variance analysis, and KPIs.
  • Cost Management & Profitability Analysis:
    • Analyze cost structures and develop strategies for cost containment and efficiency improvements.
    • Lead profitability analyses of new projects, product lines, and business initiatives.
  • Process Improvement & System Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline financial systems and operations.
    • Implement and maintain financial models to improve business forecasting accuracy and operational planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA from Tier 1 college - 2-4 years experience in FPnA/BizFin domain.
  • Post qualification experience 2-4 years, Preferred industry - Ecom, retail and automotive.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Good communication skills.
