EngLinks Business Manager

The Business manager works alongside the other assistant managers (First-Year, Upper-Year, Marketing) and Head Manager to precisely record EngLinks Finances. This includes preparing cheque reqs for tutors and expenses, and depositing and recording workshop cash.

Responsibilities:
- Record all EngLinks Transactions
- Individual in charge of workshop float and depositing cash after workshop
- Submit cheque reqs for all expenses (including paying tutors).
- Monitor EngLinks budget
- Help with the financial strategic planning of the service.
- Attend team meetings and help with workshop sign in.

- EngLinks Head Manager

Work Term:
- May 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2025
- This is not a paid position during the summer, however, a strategic plan and budget must be created during the summer

Salary/Time Commitment
- $110 Week Salaried
- 7 hours expected per week
- Salary is non-negotiable
