About Reunion
Reunion helps clean energy projects, such as solar, wind, and battery storage, obtain financing through the sale of tax credits. In July 2023, we launched Reunion’s clean energy marketplace, which currently has more than $20 billion in credits from high-quality clean energy projects available for purchase. Reunion’s team has been at the forefront of clean energy finance since 2006, previously raising over $5 billion in project financing from institutions such as JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, D.E. Shaw, and Bank of America.
Reunion facilitated over $3.5 billion in tax credit transfers in 2024. Recently we've launched a new software product called Reunion PWA. Reunion PWA helps clean energy developers comply with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements to receive the full amount of tax credits that they qualify for.
