Key Account Manager –Packaging

As Account Manager, you will be known for your excellent communication and presentation skills and will bring experience in sustainable growth success. As a part of a solid team of likeminded professionals who have our customers and solution provision at the heart of everything we do, you will be able to develop lasting relationships, be flexible and strategic and are seeking the next step in your career This role is based at Minto, working with customers in NSW.

Specifically you will:

• Ensure that our customers are supported actively and with ongoing relationships in mind
• Conduct regular review meetings
• Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies for processed foods
• Prepare and present reporting and analysis on business activity, performance against targets and market industry opportunities
• Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business
• Represent the customers "voice" within the business and ensure their excellent experience throughout PACT
• Identify sales training needs and participate in sales training programs as required
• Liaise with Quality Assurance and production for the external issue of specifications for customer approval
