As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring business retention and expansion by providing unparalleled value to your customers, ensuring they have a great experience, and becoming a trusted advisor of a portfolio of between 150 and 200 clients.
What you will do:
In this role, you will
- Help customers achieve their business objectives by using our product;
- Have regular check-ins to increase their satisfaction, advice them and solve potential issues;
- Give software trainings and explain our latest and upcoming features;
- Share relevant content (e.g. customer stories and case studies);
- Set up cross-sell demos with our Sales colleagues to get them interested in our other propositions.
A good technical understanding of our products and close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Renewals, Onboarding, Consultancy and Product) are essential to thrive in this role and be successful. Who are you:

- Are customer centric and truly enjoy building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted partner;
- Have a commercial mindset, are able to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and closely partner with the sales team to drive them forward;
- Are a creative self-starter with can-do attitude to spot opportunities to improve processes and increase customer value, whether for individual customers or more generally;
- Are familiar with SaaS technology and are interested in our propositions. You don’t need to become the absolute product expert, but you should quickly understand the core features and functionalities;
- Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure accurate reporting. Nothing slips through;
- Have excellent communication skills in Italian & English;
- Are flexible and adapt quickly within an agile environment, as the Customer Success Team grows and develops.
