Want to be an integral part of VanMoof’s exciting new chapter? Currently we’re re-engineering how we ride, and as our new Account Manager, you’ll play a big role in helping define our future and our relationship with our partners.
As our inside Account Manager you are the go-to between our service partners, dealer stores as well as the Sales Representatives in the field. You will build and maintain relationships with your assigned partners as you are the point of contact for many of their questions. Joining a team of 4 Account Managers, you take full ownership of searching for new partners and onboarding them, small administrative tasks and support partner requests. You are the brains and hands for the sales representatives in the field, working closely together as equals to make sure our partners have everything they need to provide outstanding service and to grow together with VanMoof.
Sales figures will be supported when building and maintaining an outstanding relationship with our resellers. Make sure your accounts are feeling confident with our products by providing Training, Onboarding and showing them our online tools they can use. You are the liaison between Customer Service, Operations and our Sales team in the field. Align with your colleagues on a daily basis to see if there is anything you can help with by being their inside partner. Together with the outside sales representatives you are managing the area appointed to you, both proactive and responsive.
