You鈥檒l be working with the Business team.

This will be a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of identifying the need for, designing, and implementing not only process flows but also all related structures, databases, and workflows to enable the entire enterprise to run鈥攂e it in supply chain, finance, charging, or customer life cycle management. A lot of coffee, a lot of conversation, and some rapid sprinting are key to this role.

What you will do:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Proficiency in Hindi is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads within the automobile industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our energy solutions tailored to the EV industry.
  • Proactively follow up on sales inquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

The ideal candidate requires:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in the automobile industry.
  • Strong understanding of EV/automobile-related markets and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
