You'll become part of our talented and hand-picked Spirii team, working on supporting end-users and partners in their use of our products and services to ensure exceptional customer experiences.


As a member of our Customer Support Team, you’ll handle a wide variety of tasks, including technical support, financial and technical administration, and communication with Spirii's global clients. Additionally, you'll act as a liaison between Operations and Spirii's service partners, managing technical issues and taking ownership of some of the more technical aspects in collaboration with international service partners.


You’ll play a key role in fostering collaboration between Spirii, our clients, and service partners. If you thrive on problem-solving, collaborating with others, and taking the initiative, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You'll work with both external partners and talented colleagues across several teams to shape the future of Spirii's journey.


You will report to our Head of Operations.


What You Will Do:

  • Client communication (handling technical and financial inquiries, etc.)
  • Lead installation projects and ensure optimal collaboration between Spirii, our clients, and our partners
  • Take ownership of operational tickets, issues, and technical aspects related to roaming, payment services, and other aspects of our solution
  • Partner support (educating, supporting the use of products, etc.)
  • Ad hoc tasks


Who You Are:

  • You have a strong understanding of software products and enjoy tackling technical challenges
  • You are structured, always prioritize customer needs, and strive to find solutions
  • You have customer service experience (front and back office tasks, working with various customer types and support tools)
  • Experience with project coordination and teaching is a plus
  • Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently while being an excellent team player
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization—internally and externally with partners/customers
  • Curious and eager to expand your competencies continuously and learn new products, systems, and processes
  • Interested in teaching others
  • Ambitious on behalf of our customers, our company, and yourself, with a focus on delivering excellent results

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in Project Management and external stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with CRM, Customer Engagement, and ERP systems
  • Experience supporting advanced software solutions
  • Experience within the e-Mobility industry is a plus
