As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in scaling Sensorfact. This year alone, we’re hiring 100+ new colleagues across multiple teams, and we need someone who can drive both hands-on hiring and strategic improvements to our recruitment processes.
Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer stage, for key roles across the business.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent.
Source and engage exceptional candidates through various channels.
Coach junior recruiters and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
Optimize and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Share insights & ideas—we value fresh perspectives on all things hiring!
3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English (Native Spanish or Native French preferred)
Strong sourcing & interviewing skills—you know how to find and attract top talent
Proactive mindset—you take initiative and love improving processes
A true team player who’s also comfortable owning projects independently
