Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview

Sales Enablement is an umbrella term for anything that supports the sales process, including marketing, sales-specific technology, training, and analytics.

The Sales Enablement Engineer primary role is focused on developing and implementing technology solutions and Lean methodologies that equip sales teams with the tools and analytics needed to effectively sell, close deals, and accelerate the sales cycle.  This role bridges the gap between marketing, product, and sales by creating seamless access to relevant content, automating processes, and optimizing the sales tech stack to drive improved business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizing data analytics to track key sales metrics, identify trends, and measure effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

  • Leveraging Lean Methodologies, design and implement workflows within sales tools to streamline sales processes, such as lead qualification, opportunity management, proposal generation, and approval processes.

  • Supporting the implementation and suage of sales technology tools including the creation of training guides, videos, elearning and in-person training.

  • Provide technical training to sales teams on how to effectively  use sales enablement tools and access relevant content.

  • Design processes to help sales teams execute their strategies while gathering feedback to identify training needs and improve content.

  • Deploy sales enablement programs and measure results through robust analytics linking learning initiatives with business outcomes along with the larger tech stack in order to provide actionable insights.

  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality in deliverables.

Experience / Competencies

Essential

  • Demonstrated technical acumen with experience integrating and managing sales enablement technologies, including but not limited to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), content management systems, analytics tools, automation platforms, forecasting solutions, and conversation intelligence tools.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain interactive, data-driven dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and decision-making.

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to drive operational efficiencies, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance sales workflows.

  • Ability to assess, refine, and implement sales enablement best practices to align sales, marketing, and product teams effectively.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure efficient execution.

  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly training materials, including guides, videos, and e-learning modules.

  • Experience in optimizing sales processes and workflows to enhance lead qualification, pipeline management, proposal generation, and approval processes.

Desired

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or demonstrable experience applying Lean methodologies to improve efficiency in sales enablement functions.

  • Experience managing change initiatives within sales teams, ensuring adoption and effective use of sales enablement tools.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales technologies to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and customer engagement.

  • Experience working in B2B sales environments, particularly in financial services or technology-driven industries.

  • Understanding of behavioral analytics and sales performance metrics to inform training and sales strategy improvements.
