Take the lead in this pivotal role, shaping the future of waste collection solutions as the Head of Sales. With a focus on kerbside, commercial, and industrial sectors, you鈥檒l drive success through strategy, team leadership, and customer connections.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead a dynamic national sales team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Build lasting relationships with valued clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share and achieve growth.
- Harness market insights to stay ahead of trends and challenges.
- Navigate local government partnerships, aligning solutions with community needs and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure seamless preparation and submission of tenders, reflecting strategic excellence.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, achieving business targets.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you鈥檒l have:
- Collaborative leadership experience, with a passion for developing teams and inspiring individuals.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills鈥攁ble to build connections and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities, including financial forecasting and planning.
- Experience in plastics (injection molding preferred) or heavy industrial manufacturing. Waste industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency with tools like SAP and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
