Role
As part of the Avnos manufacturing taskforce, you will be an individual contributor working on tough, critical-path projects and commercialization of cleantech hardware. This role will report into the Senior VP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain and be focused on finding and developing an emerging supply chain. Primary duties include market scanning for new hardware vendors, initiating and managing the RFx process, rapid spot buy POs alongside negotiating contractual T&Cs for production volume orders.
This role owns hardware delivery timelines through the supply chain. The job is not done until the parts arrive. This role owns direct and indirect hardware, and you are as comfortable negotiating capex and factory leases as you are new hardware contracts.

Salary: For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $128,000 - $170,250. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and benefits. The final compensation package will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills and experience.
