Roles and Responsibilities
Join Innovasea, a world leader in aquaculture technology, as a Customer Success Associate focused on the global market, reporting to the Customer Success Manager based in Greece. This is a full time temporary role. You will be responsible for Identifying and reducing our customers' pain points and train them on the capabilities of our farm management software. This involves user pattern analysis, tracking user engagement and informing users of continued improvements in the software. Through customer communication, you will also identify opportunities for other Innovasea aquaculture solutions and collaborate with our global sales team. A desire to deliver high-quality service, passion for the aquaculture industry and a collaborative approach are required.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage platform subscription renewables
· Generation and tracking of all service-related issues
· Support and manage customer trials
· Customer follow-up post installation
· Quality assurance for outgoing orders
· Data analytics and customer reports
What We’re Looking For
· Experience supporting Service as a Software (SaaS) platform customers
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
· Good writing, communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in Greece
· Familiarity with CRM practices
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
· Knowledge of aquaculture farm management software preferred
· The ability to speak several languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Turkish, is considered a significant advantage in this position
