Position description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Compliance & Legal Teams for a 4-month Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory research, document management, and legal processes while contributing to critical projects that support ethical business practices and organizational compliance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Legal monitoring and research: Actively monitor and review legal changes in countries relevant to company’s operations and provide timely updates on legislation that may impact the company’s activities and operations, including ESG regulations.
  • Analysis: Ability to summarize the results of the legal monitoring and research in a concise manner
  • Knowledge sharing: Actively participate in meetings (in-person in the Paris office) and online and present the results of the legal monitoring and research to the Solutions Consulting Manager and other colleagues from the Solutions Consulting Team and Legal Team.
  • Prepare or support preparation of regulatory materials for Frontline teams and contribute to the internal regulatory newsletter.
  • Regulatory and general Competition: Support Competition Analysis overall and with a focus on regulations, including writing for the internal competition newsletter and answering general internal requests.
  • Enablement: Contribute to preparing regulatory enablement materials.
  • Overall regulatory support as needed for the Legal and Solution Consulting/Enablement Team.
