People Operations Expert (f/m/x)

we are looking for an empathetic people operations expert with a background in start-up or scale-up environments who wants to design and implement the backbone of our HR and People systems and processes from scratch and loves being responsible for our enspi workforce matters. 

organizing the enspis and their data  

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you have an integral role in the following topics: 

• administrative support, maintaining employee records and documents, 

• manage and maintain internal HRMS databases across all locations, 

• taking ownership of time tracking process, ensuring compliance with local labour laws 

• supporting the entire employee life cycle by improving automation, fostering a positive experience at every stage, 

• payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes, 

• collaboration across departments to support employee engagement. 

how you fit into the team  

you want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy and 

• love to work with people, 

• have at least 2 years of experience in people operations, 

• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom, 

• have a general understanding about employment regulations, labor law and best practices, 

• are open to tailoring your learning journey, focusing on what enspires you most, 

• have excellent English language skills, fluent German is a plus, 

• impress with your IT skills; experience with various HRMS is beneficial, 

• are detail-oriented, have great organizational skills, and 

• are curious with a good sense of humor.
