The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM Core and a passion for leveraging and optimizing systems, reporting, and analytics to help drive efficiency and scalability. This role will partner closely with the People team and cross-functional teams like IT and Payroll, to design solutions, enhance reporting, and address business challenges.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul style=""><li>Maintain confidential employee records and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve data discrepancies</li><li>Maintain data integrity across Workday and downstream systems while adhering to data governance, compliance, and security policies</li><li>Design, build, and maintain complex custom HR reporting solutions and dashboards directly in Workday</li><li>Analyze and identify data trends to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights</li><li>Lead Workday tool optimization and automation initiatives, staying up to date with new features, conducting thorough testing and analysis, and quality change management</li><li>Manage Workday security architecture, integrations, roles, and assignments to ensure data privacy and compliance</li><li>Troubleshoot HRIS issues and become the go-to expert for key stakeholders, including end-users</li><li>Document business processes, workflows, and user-guides for the internal People team and broader company, providing training on an as-needed basis</li></ul><h2>About You </h2><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>2-5 years of Workday administration experience</li><li>Prior implementation experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday</li><li>Strong understanding of HR processes, programs, and data workflows</li><li>Skilled in building ad-hoc and custom reports and dashboards in Workday, including use of calculated fields</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business intelligence and data analytics software (ie: Tableau)</li><li>Familiarity with supporting the following HR systems:<ul style=""><li>Recruiting tools: preferred experience with Ashby</li><li>Talent Management: required-Workday; preferred experience with Lattice, GreytHR</li><li>Compensation tools</li><li>Ticketing systems</li></ul></li></ul><h2>Life at SPAN</h2>Our Bengaluru team plays a pivotal role in SPAN’s continued growth and expansion.
