What you’ll doHR Operations &amp; Payroll<ul> <li>Prepare payroll input and review payroll output</li> <li>Support with ING payments</li> <li>Monitor working hours and reintegration trajectories</li></ul>IT &amp; HR Systems<ul> <li>Support IT onboarding for new colleagues</li> <li>Act as the first point of contact for local HR systems</li> <li>Process changes in Workday</li></ul>Contract Management &amp; HR Administration<ul> <li>Draft employment contracts, offer letters and amendment letters</li> <li>Organize and clean up internal HR folders and documentation</li></ul>Onboarding, Offboarding &amp; Employee Experience<ul> <li>Coordinate onboarding and support managers throughout the process</li> <li>Conduct exit interviews and follow up during offboarding</li> <li>Act as the first contact point for questions from the NL team</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Talent Development<ul> <li>Keep an overview of ongoing recruitment processes</li> <li>Attend candidate screenings and interviews</li> <li>Contribute to local HR improvement projects and long-term developments</li> <li>Support the local integration of PT26 </li></ul>Your profile<ul> <li>Master’s student in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or similar</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Hands-on, eager to learn and communicative</li> <li>Interest in HR processes within an international and innovative environment</li> <li>Available for an internship of at least 3 months</li><li>You are fluent in Dutch and English </li></ul> People at PolestarWe know that a change is needed.
