Join us! <div style="text-align:left;">We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Deal Desk Analyst (m/f/d) to support our fast growing Enterprise Software business. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to ensure deals are structured effectively, priced competitively, and executed efficiently. You will play a critical role in improving deal quality, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring commercial excellence across the organization.</div> What can you expect? Deal Structuring &amp; Pricing<ul><li> Partner with Sales to structure scalable, customer-aligned deals and provide guidance on pricing, discounting, and commercial terms</li><li> Create and validate quotes and order forms, maintain pricing tools and rate cards, and support updates to the price book</li><li>Review non-standard terms, manage approval workflows, and ensure alignment with internal policies and risk guidelines</li></ul> Governance, Compliance &amp; Process Ownership<ul><li>Ensure deal compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, revenue recognition rules, and audit standards</li><li>Collaborate with Legal and Finance to maintain consistent contract language and minimize commercial risk</li><li>Own and continuously improve Deal Desk processes, documentation, and templates</li></ul> Sales Operations &amp; Insights<ul><li>Work with Sales Ops to ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting data and help resolve CRM data-quality issues</li><li>Provide insights into deal trends, win/loss patterns, and discounting impact to support commercial decisions</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with Finance on billing, revenue recognition, and multi-year deal implications, and with Customer Success on renewals and expansions</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership to improve deal velocity and overall commercial strategy</li></ul> What should you bring along?
