You will act as a strategic P&amp;C Business Partner for designated staff and support functions, lead HR lifecycle process ownership across the region, and drive key people initiatives aligned with Stora Enso’s global people agenda.In this role, you will have a significant impact on organizational design and transformation initiatives. Your role bridges operational excellence with strategic impact — ensuring P&amp;C processes run smoothly while enabling organizational development, engagement, talent growth, and a strong company culture across all sites.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business PartneringYou will support business and functional leaders with strategic people topics such as organisational design and workforce planning, foster Stora Enso’s culture and values, and play a key role in ensuring successful transformation and integration across Western Europe.Process Ownership &amp; HR ExcellenceYou will drive HR excellence by owning and continuously improving key employee lifecycle processes—from onboarding to exit—ensuring alignment with transformation goals. You’ll promote consistency and compliance across teams and systems (e.g. Workday), and collaborate closely with site HR and global service teams to strengthen operational HR delivery.Projects &amp; Strategic InitiativesYou’ll lead or support strategic regional projects in areas like transformation, leadership, engagement, and DE&amp;I, while contributing to global People &amp; Culture programs. You’ll also help implement new HR tools and processes that drive digitalisation and data-informed decision-making across Western Europe.Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition You manage and coordinate white-collar recruitment across the business areas, ensuring high-quality hiring processes and a strong employer brand. You will also collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, assess, and onboard the best talent to meet business needs.Collaboration &amp; GovernanceYou’ll act as a key link between local HR, Group People &amp; Culture, and business leaders to ensure smooth communication and execution of change. You’ll contribute to reporting and compliance, and support positive collaboration with employee representatives, including Works Council matters.About YouYou are an experienced HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. You thrive in an international matrix organization and enjoy balancing regional alignment with local relevance. You are motivated by shaping a people-centric culture that enables performance, engagement, and growth.You bring:<ul><li>A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of broad HR experience, including HRBP roles in an international, industrial, or manufacturing context.</li><li>Strong project management and change management skills, with hands-on experience managing transformations.</li><li>Experience in talent management, engagement, and DE&amp;I initiatives.
