Responsibilities / Tasks<div>Process &amp; Project Engineering<ul><li>Support end‑to‑end project execution from sales handover to client commissioning.</li><li>Interpret contractual and sales technical requirements.</li><li>Prepare and review Process &amp; Utility P&amp;IDs, schematics, and technical specifications.</li><li>Develop RFQs for process/utility components, instruments, valves, and equipment.</li><li>Prepare equipment lists, utility consumption data, and process descriptions for automation.</li><li>Support automation FAT, resolve technical gaps, and provide BOM input.</li><li>Review and approve GA drawings, tank specifications, and supplier clarifications.</li></ul>Layouts &amp; Installation Support<ul><li>Prepare equipment layouts with the design team.</li><li>Review 3D piping layouts, valve clusters, and installation materials.</li><li>Provide on‑site technical support and clarifications during installation.</li><li>Conduct installation inspections and ensure compliance with P&amp;IDs.</li></ul>Process Commissioning<ul><li>Assist in developing commissioning schedules.</li><li>Support I/O checks, instrument calibration, and automation settings.</li><li>Lead flushing, sequence testing, CIP commissioning, and water/product trials.</li><li>Deliver operator training and prepare operation/commissioning documents.</li><li>Support punch‑list closure and initial production stabilization.</li></ul>Cross‑Functional Technical Support<ul><li>Support Sales with P&amp;ID review, technical scopes, utility estimates, and performance parameters.</li><li>Support Service teams in troubleshooting and developing process solutions.</li><li>Contribute to process standardization initiatives.</li><li>Guide and mentor junior process engineers in design and commissioning.</li></ul></div>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Engineering qualification in Dairy/Food Eng, Chemical Eng or Mechanical Eng</li><li>Work experience in Dairy &amp; Beverage Engineering companies</li><li>Work experience of minimum 4-5 years</li><li>Good Understanding &amp; Knowledge on Process Engineering for Beverages and Dairy Operations</li><li>Good understanding on components used in liquid food industries</li><li>Understanding on Energy &amp; Mass balancing across the process operations</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Open minded to new ideas and innovation (change champion)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communicator to present technical solutions</li><li>Works on multiple projects/tasks if required</li><li>Lead the project on technical side.</li><li>Team player, self-motivated, go-getter</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
