Job Description:Senior HRBP/ HR Manager We are looking for a hands-on Sr. HRBP/HR Manager to support our growing business across Europe and Israel. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Sr. HR Manager and responsible for implementing HR priorities and initiatives across the regions.While the role spans the full HR lifecycle, it combines business partnership with operational delivery, ensuring that global frameworks are effectively translated into local practices and aligned with business needs.The role will collaborate closely with global HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and act as a key HR partner for managers and employees across the regions, contributing to both day-to-day topics and the broader organizational objectives. This position will be based onsite and may be located in either Valencia or Madrid, Spain. You will be required to travel approximately 25% of the time.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business Partnering<ul><li>Partner with managers to support day-to-day people topics and team effectiveness</li><li>Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational matters</li><li>Support workforce planning and organizational changes</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor for managers on HR policies and processes</li><li>Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement and morale</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle</li><li>Coordinate with global CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Total Rewards, HRIS) to ensure local delivery</li><li>Support recruitment processes and onboarding activities</li><li>Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and employee data</li><li>Manage performance reviews, engagement surveys, and other talent management programs for the regions</li><li>Manage benefits administration and local vendors</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Handle employee relations cases</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws across Europe and Israel</li><li>Support disciplinary processes, investigations, and terminations</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee data, contracts, and compliance</li></ul>Profile &amp; Qualifications Experience<ul><li>6+ years in Human Resources</li><li>Experience as HRBP or HR Generalist in international environments</li><li>Strong exposure to multiple HR areas</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law (mandatory)</li><li>Knowledge of European labor frameworks (preferred)</li><li>Hands-on, execution-driven mindset</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li></ul>Languages<ul><li>Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)</li><li>Other European languages are a plus</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>HRIS experience (Workday preferred)</li><li>MS Office</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
