Responsibilities / TasksWe are looking for a Dutch-speaking Senior Administrator People Service Delivery (f/m/d) to join our team in Berlin and support employees and managers in the UK and Netherlands region.Become part of the Global HR Support Team within GEA HR Operations. If these values appeal to you, we look forward to receiving your application.<ul><li>First point of contact for general HR matters for employees and managers, answering inquiries about HR procedures, programs, and policies via the ticket system and telephone.</li><li>Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing up-to-date information and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Assisting with the initiation of HR processes together with managers in our HRIS software Workday.</li><li>Performing various related HR activities such as processing benefit applications and enrollments, digitally filing employee documents, and creating certificates and references.</li><li>Keeping accurate records of employee communications, including the nature of the request, the actions taken to resolve it, and any necessary follow-up steps</li><li>Creating and evaluating reports.</li><li>Conducting demos or information sessions for employees and managers.</li><li>Updating personnel data in our HRIS software Workday and local system Sage.</li><li>Actively contributing to the implementation and anchoring of global HR processes in the areas of performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and total rewards by facilitating process management.</li><li>Collaborating with HR business partners at the locations and in the individual countries and with colleagues from HR Operations to coordinate organizational and labor law changes.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Completed training or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field</li><li>couple of years of experience in human resources in areas such as HR administration, personnel administration, talent acquisition &amp; development, or similar</li><li>Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, together with the ability to write clear and concise messages and communicate with employees at all levels of the company - additional languages are a plus</li><li>Confident use of MS Office, MS Word</li><li>Experience with HRIS software, preferably Workday and ServiceNow</li><li>Team player with the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently</li><li>Ability to set priorities effectively and work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>30 days of vacation per year</li><li>Temporary full-time employment</li><li>Dog-friendly and centrally located office with good public transport connections</li><li>Benefits like JobRad, Urban Sports Club subsidy and a monthly Lieferando voucher</li><li>Team events</li><li>Professional development opportunities through training, workshops, projects, and assignments</li><li>Hybrid working model, combining working from home and working in the FORA offices – an innovative, global shared office concept (free coffee, specialty teas, a snack bar in the lobby, and a gym)</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
