Now, we’re scaling up, and we’re looking for motivated students who want to grow with us and shape the future of agricultural trade.</p><h2>Your challenge</h2><p><strong>Your Mission – Logistics Focus</strong>  </p><p>As an <strong>International Logistics</strong> <strong>Intern</strong>, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our transactions running smoothly and helps us scale:</p><ul><li><strong>Own transport coordination end-to-end:</strong> coordinate with partners and ensure reliable, on-time delivery.</li><li><strong>Negotiate transport conditions</strong> - assist in optimizing pricing and terms to improve cost efficiency and protect margins.</li><li><strong>Track and manage logistics flows in real time</strong> - proactive solve issues, react quickly, and keep deliveries on schedule.</li><li><strong>Ensure operational excellence</strong> - handle administrative tasks with precision, keeping all data accurate and up to date across systems.</li><li><strong>Drive continuous improvement</strong> - take initiative to streamline operations and contribute to building more efficient, scalable processes.</li></ul><h2>Your profile</h2><h2>Your Profile</h2><ul><li>Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally towards the end of your studies.</li><li>Available for 5-6 months in Hamburg.</li><li>Strong written and spoken English; any additional languages are a clear plus in our international setup.</li><li>Hands-on, can-do mindset with strong ownership and bias for action.</li><li>Clear and confident communicator, comfortable interacting with partners, carriers, and internal teams.</li><li>Comfortable picking up the phone and handling challenging conversations when needed.</li><li>Solution-oriented thinker who tackles problems proactively and pragmatically.</li><li>Genuine interest in logistics, transport, and freight forwarding, with a willingness to learn and grow fast.</li></ul><h2>Our proposition</h2><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li><strong>€1,000 monthly top-up on top of your Erasmus+ grant</strong></li><li>Real impact – your work directly contributes to live sales</li><li>Mentorship from experienced sales professionals</li><li>Startup culture with flat hierarchies and fast decisions</li><li>Career springboard – many interns join E-FARM full-time</li></ul>
