The Business Support Coordinator provides high-quality office, project and executive-style administrative support to the Buildings &amp; Places team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while partnering across the team to support project delivery.How you'll make a difference:<ul><li>Coordinate diaries, meetings, agendas and actions across multiple stakeholders, including travel bookings and event or team planning.</li><li>Provide project administration support, including meeting minutes, action registers, document control and follow-up on outstanding tasks.</li><li>Complete LIDP and local reporting, compiling updates from the team and maintaining accurate trackers, logs and project documentation.</li><li>Coordinate new starter onboarding end-to-end, from welcome communications and induction packs through to IT equipment requests and system access set-up.</li><li>Provide operational support as delegated, which may include preparing sub-consultant agreements, supporting DOA approvals, and coordinating contracts through CLM.</li></ul>
