You will own journal entries, accruals,<br>prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and account reconciliations, and prepare the schedules that<br>support our audit.<br><br>The ideal candidate is early in an accounting career, detail-obsessed, and looking for a role with real ownership and a clear path to grow as the finance team builds out.</span></div><div> </div></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close.</li><li>Calculate and record accruals, and maintain the supporting documentation. </li><li>Maintain prepaid expense schedules and record monthly amortization.</li><li>Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.</li><li>Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and research reconciling items.</li><li>Prepare audit schedules and gather documentation in support of the annual audit. </li><li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations as needed.</li><li>Follow and help document accounting procedures; flag issues and process gaps.</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from the accounting team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus. </li><li>Working knowledge of GAAP and the month-end close process.</li><li>Experience with an ERP system; NetSuite experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong Excel skills. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable asking questions.</li><li>Eager to learn and take on more ownership in a fast-moving environment.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><div>This pay range reflects best estimate for the total cash compensation which includes salary +<br>discretionary bonus for this role.
