<h2>Who We Are Looking For</h2>Clearway Energy Group LLC’s Portfolio Finance team is seeking a summer intern, reporting to the Senior Director of Portfolio Finance. The Portfolio Finance team is responsible for leading the funding and term conversion process with tax equity investors, cash equity investors and lenders for Clearway’s utility-scale wind, solar and battery energy storage projects. In addition, the Portfolio Finance team leads operating-period asset optimization transactions including refinancings, acquisitions of investor interests in our partnerships and other asset restructurings. Lastly, the Portfolio Finance team manages several operating project reporting deliverables such as cash distributions and tracking models.   This position is part of the 10-week Summer Internship Program at Clearway Energy Group beginning on June 1, 2026. We are looking for current juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Math, Economics, Tax, Accounting or related field. Throughout this summer internship program, you’ll get exposure to real projects and challenges while gaining first-hand professional experience.
